Abstract

The theses analyze approaches of various scientists to the requirements for electronic educational resources (EER) for teaching elementary school students. It was considered the requirements for each component of the EER: semantic, software, methodical, related to the specific of elementary school students. It was determined that the EER for primary school children should be based on the pedagogy of cooperation, productive activity of students, their individual and group work, to promote independent, creative developed personality. These electronic resources must meet certain requirements, based on the ideas of didactics, methodology, psychology, psychological foundations of management teaching and learning activities. Quality EER for primary level education help to identify creative potential of a child, construct their own learning paths, interaction of a teacher with each student during the learning process to coordinate training.
