Abstract
Motivation theories transformation and caused by them personality evolution of views on professional success were analyzed. Were generalized modern motivational theories and justified features of their application in the design process of the young people consultancy system which was made for development their employment career. The problem of motivation is considered as an integrated scientific and practical phenomenon represented by different vectors of scientific discourse: historical and pedagogical, social and pedagogical, psychological and pedagogical. It has been found that the process of activity motivation is effective only if the integrated application of known theories of motivation. The main requirements for system organization of psychological and pedagogical consultancy of young people with employment career were formulated.
