Abstract

We consider the new explanatory concept of the Playback Theatre influence in the group proposed the founder of Playback Theatre Jonathan Fox in 2013 – "narrative reticulation". Shown its general terms and conditions (by the author) and illustrations of narratives networks that are formed as a result of using Playback Theatre as a functional art, as a means of art-therapy. The basic socio-psychological conditions of efficiency of Playback Theatre as a catalyst of narrative reticulation are highlighted: not predetermined objectives and the not expected contents, the general attention to individuality, the lack of concepts and search for answers, as well as additional (author's and playing) attitude to personal experience.
