Abstract
In this article the author tries to prove that the current system of national education are important S.Siropolkо views on the role of books in education, organizations operate. The attempt to analyze and determine the theoretical concepts of public libraries. Underlined the basic rules of such libraries in the early twentieth century. Generalized S. Siropolko views on the meaning of public libraries for education.
