Abstract
The dynamic development of society at the beginning of the third millennium civilization led to tangible changes that actualized the need for joint efforts of various countries to provide adequate answers to global challenges together. Ukraine has successfully implemented a number of active and progressive action for entry into the European community. It opens for our country new opportunities in the development of all spheres of public life, including osvity.Aktualnym direction of modernization of the national postgraduate education is to strengthen the autonomy of institutions of defense and turning them into centers providing and evaluating the quality of postgraduate education at different levels: local, regional, national.
