Abstract
Program Chemistry for primary schools for children with mental retardation developed according to the main provisions of the State standard of basic and complete secondary education and concluded on the basis Chemistry Program for secondary schools Grades 7-9. Because of the census education of children with mental retardation problem school subject "Chemistry", defined the goal for the field of "science" and its chemical components occur in teaching students with mental retardation.Under the main provisions of the State Standard of general secondary education program implements semantic line chemical component of the educational sector "Natural": chemical element, substance, chemical reaction, methods of scientific knowledge in chemistry, chemistry in society.
