Abstract
The program for the development of preschool children with reduced hearing "Tracks in the World" is a new type of program designed in accordance with contemporary world and national educational tendencies. It is based on the conceptual provisions developed by the staff of the laboratory of surdopedagogy of the Institute of Special Pedagogy of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine. Among them: the flexibility of program requirements, the variability of forms of learning, methodological approaches, the individual selection of communicative means, the phases of development, due to a combination of actions of various factors (state of hearing, timeliness and effectiveness of hearing prosthetics, special assistance, language traditions of the family, etc.), and not only Age and years of child's education, developmental-correction orientation of the organization of life, etc. The program is intended for use in specialist preschool institutions for hearing impaired children, special groups for hearing impaired children in pre-school institutions of general use, inclusive educational institutions, early intervention centers, rehabilitation centers and families educating children with hearing impairment.
