Abstract
The program of the Ukrainian language is an adapted version of the public school curriculum that meets census and deaf education for children with reduced hearing.The content of the material largely saved, deleted or changed the content of those elements that do not correspond to the touch and speech capabilities of children with hearing impairment. In particular, the section "Listening" section replaced by "Perception and understanding speech." The program is complemented by correctional and developmental line composed of speech and nemovlennyevi areas of work. Adapted to the demands of student achievements according to the specifics of speech perception of children with hearing impairment.The program takes into account the state status of the Ukrainian language, its social functions, meaning knowledge of verbal language socialization of children with hearing impairment, the formation of personality, ready for active work in various spheres of life, which is pronounced integrative functions to master other subjects and acquire knowledge from different sources.
