Abstract

Direction research of economic efficiency of management of vocational technical training development We defined main problems of economic development of vocational technical training (VTT). We analyzed literature on evaluation of the education system as sector of economics, perspectives of economic development of education sector, defining of effectiveness increase of vocational technical training management (VTT). We sorted out the levels of management of VTT development and defined that term regulation of vocational technical training institutions (VTTI) activity is more appropriate to market conditions for the macro-and mezo-levels. However, terms such as "management", "management of organizations", "financial management" characterize the micro-management level of VTT system that is direct management inside VTTI. We disclosed the essence of VTT management due to defining its main functions: organization, planning, forecasting, control and coordination. We suggested defying economic efficiency of VTT management with the help of factors that were classified by separate segments, that is: personnel factor segment, segment of factors of study process organization, segment of finance and economic factors. We made a differentiation of purpose availability monitoring and level of human resources usage depending on the tasks that are defined by some level of VTT management (macro-, mezo-, or micro- levels).
