Abstract

The article discusses the development of a technological culture of masters of production training of agricultural profile as the actual problem today. It was found that the efficiency of the work of the vocational school depends on the level of technological culture of masters of production training in terms of innovative transformations. Generalization of the research of leading scientists has helped confirm the lack of study of the concept "the technological culture of master of production training of agricultural profile". Analyzed different approaches to the phenomenon of technological culture: system-structural, cultural, axiological, synergies, technological. Describes the main functions of a technological culture: epistemological, humanistic, communication, research, information, legal and organizational, designing. The author identified and characterized the structural components of technological culture of master of production training of agricultural profile (motivational, axiological, cognitive, activity, reflexive) and the criteria for their formation of. It was stated that a high level of technological culture is provided in a system of continuous development of professional competence of of master of production training. Defined the role of regional methodical service in development technological culture of masters of production training ofagricultural profile by introducing modern forms of organization of regional methodical work, conducting refresher courses with the use of innovative methods and technologies of training.
