Abstract

The paper is devoted to study of intrapersonal conflicts in oncohematological patients. Observed group included 55 oncohematological patients, who received specific therapy, and 55 health persons. The main method of investigation was the method of portrait elections (Sondy test) in modification of L. N. Sobchik, and MMPI test, modified by author of the paper. To identify intrapersonal conflicts, a series of factor analysis was carried out with the release of primary and secondary factors. The conclusion about the intrapersonal conflict was done on the basis of comprehensive interpretation of factors, the comparison of the factor analysis in the control and in the main groups, and data collected through a questionnaire. Three types of conflicts in oncohematological patients, which are not characteristic for healthy people, were revealed: the conflict between attachment needs and self-realization; the conflict in the manifestation of aggression, and conflicting association of theatrical and obsessive-compulsive features (such features do not occur at the same time in healthy persons). It is also shown that oncohematological patients usually are in immature, dependent position, which created a conflict with the self-realization. The approaches for further research are proposed.
