Abstract

The author has characterized leading philosophical and conceptual basis of the continuous professional development of the personality in the modern educational space. It is established that consideration of educational problems within of the philosophical methodology framework enables finding the maximum grounds of the educational system and philosophical idea that could be the basis for consensus even between extremely different positions. It is noted that the growing need of decision of complex scientific, social and economic problems requires more extended and growing number of fully trained educated professionals who have adequate knowledge. The main thing in education is the awakening and development of creative abilities of each person, his/her ability to find original approach ways to the practical realization of gaining knowledge, the desire to find something new and to master the chosen profession to the breadth and depth of its scientific roots. It is substantiated the necessity of inclusion of a man in the educational process at all stages of his/her development on the basis of continuity when transiting from one stage to another. All this provides possibility for a multidimensional motion of the personality in the educational space and creating optimal conditions for him/her. "Exit" from one educational program must dock with the "entrance" into another. And it requires through standardization of all programs that are based on the general aims of the whole system of vocational education. The author determined the trends in modern educational space (globalization of social development, the transition of humanity from industrial to science and information technology, integration, internationalization, information and continuity) and demands the modern education faces with (understanding a man as the highest value, making rational charts between the avalanche growth of high technology knowledge and human ability to learn and master it creatively, developing a person's ability to deliberate and effective functioning in the conditions of rich information environment, minimizing asymmetry between materiality and spirituality). The role of science is exposed as the sphere, producing new knowledge, and the role of education is shown as the area humanizing knowledge and primarily providing an individual human development. The primary task of education is to teach a man quickly, systematically and consistently to master new knowledge and information that is to ensure their permanent accumulation and development and to, provide permanent continuous development during life, which must be a method and style of social and individual human existence in the information society.
