Abstract
The developed program-methodical Kit devoted to the problem of improving the quality of education in pre-school phase of education for children with special educational needs by bringing new information technology (NIT) into the educational process of inclusive education establishment and development of special educational and developmental course "Computer ABC". It identifies the problems with the introduction of the mentioned course and its relevance to the strategic development of education. In particular, the purpose of the kit is the development of creative abilities of children, the ability to analyze, compare and develop logical thinking and other cognitive functions and operations. Main Objectives of the program (training, educational and developmentally corrective) aimed at fulfilling the goal and creating conditions for the development of the child, taking into account their specific needs in education and upbringing. The principal means of meeting the goals of the kit are information and communication technologies, in particular, the proposed use of hardware and software. While developing the kit it was determined as appropriate to use the computer as a tool, which replenishes the arsenal of developmental tools in educating and upbringing of preschool children with special development and preparation for schooling and independent activity of the child.
