Abstract
In the article the theoretical and practical principles of psycho-pedagogic training of a future specialist in the field of public administration were studied. The significance of psychological and pedagogic training of master students of higher educational institutions of this type was determined. Didactic principles, methods, forms and means of acquiring psychological and pedagogical knowledge by students were formulated. The attention was paid to the formation of students' scientific culture. Pedagogic interaction between a teacher and student was presented in the context of the vision of the content of the various areas of the process of his professional activity. The special attention was paid to the integrative nature of the sphere of professional activity of a management specialist. The basic guidelines for further research of the process of psychological and pedagogical training of management personnel were determined.
