Abstract

The publication is devoted to the consideration of didactic and methodological issues of content library with books in HTML-format, problems of formation of scientifically based psychological and pedagogical foundations of the development of modern electronic textbooks and their use in the educational process. A technology of electronic books and identified practical application of electronic learning platforms. The publication is intended to help the teaching staff of vocational schools, graduate students, doctoral students, and everyone who is interested in the development and implementation of electronic media in the learning process.
