Abstract

The paper analyzes concepts of scientific and methodical competence in the pedagogical literature. Are defined the structural components of this component of professional competence of specialists educational units of enterprises, organizations and institutions. Is noted that the process of formation scientific-methodical competence carried out according to the provisions of the conceptual the educational is professional-oriented of activity of experts. By the results of questionnaire and the survey is set at low level of competence of specialists educational units of enterprises, organizations and institutions.
