Abstract
Fine art as one of the programmatic subjects plays an important role in the formation of a harmoniously developed personality of a child, as in the works of art embodied a century of life experience of the people, his wisdom and ideas about the beauty of the views on the various phenomena of nature and the world. In relation to children with impaired vision, together with the above purpose, it is important to fully implement the remedial and developmental potential of visual art that involves the development of secondary mental damaged areas of children (sensory-motor, intellectual, speech and personality).
