Abstract
Training the blind and visually impaired children are very specific and not easy. The difficulty lies in the fact that they overwhelmingly are not enough preschool education. It is known that achievement in education depends on the development of indicators such as the autonomy of the child, the formation of her cognitive activity (nature of the action items and form perception), level of intellectual preparedness (aborted these operations of thinking as analysis, synthesis, comparison), motivating. These indicators characterize the learning opportunities of pupils. Through a significant reduction in visual acuity, or the lack of children perceive the objects of reality slowly and fragmentarily, and so there are difficulties in forming a complete image. In addition, blind and labotory children find it difficult to perceive objects at a distance and those that are moving, as well as large and small in size. Therefore, much of reality remains beyond the sight and attention of children.
