Abstract
Blurred vision, significantly narrowing the possibility of the child's acquisition of sensory experience, causing a number of features of mental development, reduces the cognitive activity of the child that adversely affects the assimilation of mathematical concepts. That is why the process of formation of elementary mathematical concepts in students with impaired vision require special organization, the use of means, methods, special pedagogical technologies aimed at correcting cognitive processes and the enrichment of the sensory experience of the child.
