Abstract

The basis of the program of development of the blind child from 3 to 6 years based on the concept of mental age as a period of development that is characterized by the structure (social situation of development; a hierarchy of activities and leading of its type; tumors that have samone importance for the mental development of children of a certain period and is a condition of transition to the next period) and dynamics. The program content is systematized according to the established practice of preschool education sections. With zagalnoosvitnioi sections here are: physical education, language development, formation of elementary mathematical concepts and familiarization with the surrounding world. They reveal the educational tasks: academic, educational and focuses on correction and development the challenges of development, in which children with profound visual impairment have the greatest difficulty. The contents of all of the developed sections of the program will help implement the correction orientation of educational and correctional-developing processes for specific tasks of development. Recommended by parents, the blind, carers.
