Abstract
The article emphasizes the necessity of implementing the innovative approaches on professional staff development of homeland enterprises. The most efficient innovative systems of staff management are characterized. There are innovative management, business planning of innovative projects and budgeting of innovative processes among them. Motivation factors of innovative labour under the conditions of hi tech work are justified. They are the high level of responsibility, participation of personnel in innovative industrial processes, possibilities of personal fulfillment, satisfaction on completed work and its results, material remuneration etc. Components of innovative staff management are listed as personal marketing, selective forms and methods projecting, personnel assessment and attestation. The content of the meaning of innovative culture as a component of innovative potential of personnel at enterprises is represented.
