Abstract
In the article the psycho-pedagogical foundations of project activity of future skilled workers. In the course of the project activity the teacher should be based on the basic principles of psychology and implement them in the educational process. Stated the dominance of technological processes in all areas of production that alters the nature of work and determines the need for modernization of professional training of future skilled workers towards the improvement of their professional competence. The characteristic defining feature of professional competence, which are: willingness to work under constant renewal of equipment and technologies, taking into account global trends; ability to exercise Gnostic, analytical, predictive ability in the performance of labor functions; creativity and creativity in solving non-standard situations; autonomy in defining long-term goals of their own activities and finding the best ways to achieve them; adequacy in evaluating the performance of professional and personal reflection and more. It was determined that the formation or development of professional and personal future entities competent skilled worker is made possible by the introduction in the educational process of innovative educational technologies, including design. It was found that the project activity in all phases of its implementation involves a joint educational cooperation between the actors of the educational process, the identity of each of them has individual needs, motivations, values, physiological features; characterized by different emotional and volitional states, cognitive processes, social behavior and so on. Congregation that personal processes and installations have a psychological nature, and therefore increases the relevance of study on cooperation between the two sciences – psychology and pedagogy (psyhopedahohiky) that defines the interdependence of psychological patterns within specific forms of pedagogical educational process. The analysis that each stage of the project technology internal states and processes (need-motivational, cognitive, emotional and volitional, active, creative, reflective) of pedagogical interaction modified, mobilized, adjusted in accordance with the requirements of the educational and socio-cultural attitudes and integrity aimed at developing key competencies and professional future skilled worker. Generally, that the design technology facilitate quality implementation of psycho-pedagogical foundations and enabling: for the educational process – the transition from «кnowledge-reproductive» humanistic education system, feliksolohichnoyi, competence; student – development and formation as future professionals; teacher – qualitative change in the functions of which are crucial adaptive control and stimulate cognitive activity of students and improving the system of own pedagogical skills, search techniques and the use of optimal design implementation technologies in the educational process in reflexive manner.
