Abstract
In training manual covers theoretical and methodological aspects of the study of aesthetic competence of children with visual impairments. As a result of theoretical and empirical studies found features of development and formation of aesthetic competence of children with visual impairments at preschool age, research is theoretically grounded conceptual approaches to the formation of aesthetic competence of preschoolers with visual impairments. Defines the main components of aesthetic competence: the motivational value of cognitive evaluation of the emotional-communicative perceptual activity, but also have their peculiarities in preschoolers with visual impairments.
