Abstract
In the article the importance of joint efforts of all specialists in career counseling at the level of local communities, according to the process of professional self seniors cannot be narrowed down outside schools. Social partnership between speakers of career guidance servicesin the community that share a common purpose, create conditions for continuous professional orientation support for students to help them in effective professional self. These problems can be solved by combining integration efforts of all specialists in career counseling at the basic secondary school. According to the author, experience educational districts should be extended and improved the level of local communities and carried out through social media partnerships career guidance services. Creating by professional counseling center, will help develop a mechanism of interaction in the provision of career guidance services within the social partnership, to resolve the issue using the full resources of the community, including: integration, continuity, join the professional orientation activities and parent public employers. Вy professional counseling center objectives can be: methodological assistance in carrying professional advice; organization of individual and group professional advice involving several specialists in their conduct; professional advice providing advice to teachers, parents, employers,etc; professional advice organization and conduct discussions, round tables, meetings with the best experts, community leaders, and others. The article is an example of by professional counseling center in organizing professional counseling high school students through active involvement of students in different classes and different age groups are combined career guidance specific request, the group professional advice.
