Abstract

Sub SMC 15-307 considering its tasks identified two phases of work. The first phase (until 20 May 2016 r.- preparation Concept of reforming the system of training scientific-pedagogical and teaching staff. The second stage (the end of the year 2016) - participated in drafting the necessary regulations (standards, regulations, proposals for changes to the legislation, guidelines for reforming the system of training scientific-pedagogical and teaching staff. The main objectives of the subcommittee on the first stage: Propose draft Concept system of training teachers and teaching staff directed to productive functioning of the professional staff of high school coverage strategic vision (restart) and tactical (gradual implementation) reforms. Provide suggestions for possible amendments and adjustments to the regulatory framework of the training.
