Abstract

The article analyzes the theoretical and experimental studies of foreign scholars on the use of electronic toys in pre-school education as a means of information and communication technologies. The results indicate that the world scientific community considers electronic toys as a means of information and communication technologies. Experimental study on the usefulness of these tools of ICT in preschools. The emphasis is on the need to develop information and communication competence of teachers of preschool institutions based on the experience of other countries with the use of electronic toys in preschool education.
