Abstract

The author considers the problem of pedagogical activity of teachers of secondary educational institutions from a creative standpoint. In this regard emphasis is placed on determining the essence of the concept of “activity”, “educational activities”, “innovation activity”, “creative activity”. Analyzes the components of readiness for pedagogical activity. Disclosed a set of pedagogical conditions that influence the formation of teachers in secondary educational institutions ready for creative teaching. Focusing on the role of special training on the theory of creation.
