Abstract

In the article the author examines the personal qualities of the structure as a system of adult students. Accordingly focuses on humanistic orientation personality oriented education, which aims implementation in practice of educational priorities of human values, the achievements of the national spiritual culture and education, international and domestic educational experience. Reveals features of personality oriented education, which is the central figure of a person. Analyzes adult self, the main characteristics of which are vital activity, activity, independence.
