Abstract

Starting from 8 key competences (See “Europe...”, 2006), authors investigate different options for practical measurement of results of education. They discovered implicit targets of the current educational systems. This system is inherited from industrial age and is tuned for targets of this age. Authors suggest that new “information age” needs other targets for education. Authors suggest some ideas about these new targets. Authors study the case “young person chooses targets in life” and suggest tools that could be helpful for such person. Authors investigate social networking as an instrument for delivery such tools.
