Abstract
Introduction. One of the most important aspects of the education system in Ukraine is its regionalization, which involves the separation of competences between different levels of authorities, the formation of regional educational space in general and the formation of some of its elements, including educational districts for solving the problem of optimizing the network of educational establishments and institutions need to restructure a network of institutions that provide equal access to education, specialized education in high school, improving the quality of education due to the concentration of educational resources adequate to the stages of training and competition facilities. Purpose. Purpose of the article is to show concrete practical steps the government and the community on the creation of educational districts; construction analyzed various models of educational districts, emphasize the importance of coresponsible and effective influence on the formation of a regional education policy. Results. The paper presents the various models of construction of educational districts. In our view, of establishing effective educational district will promote the creation of appropriate conditions for the participants of the educational process equal access to quality pre-school, secondary, adult education, pre-university, pre-professional training; coordination of interaction of the district on the implementation of legislation in the field of education, efficient use of human resources, teaching and material base. Particular attention is given to forms of cooperation and networking of selected institutions using technologies of social partnership aimed at providing quality educational services to students. Originality. The proposed article contains proposals for restructuring the network of educational institutions based on demographic and socio-economic characteristics of regions Conclusion. Found that the idea of creating educational districts themselves generally justified. Education districts can be agents of a new approach to provide quality educational services, important elements of stale and public administration, which will allow efficient use of public funds and attract additional income, develop strategy for the development of education in terms of a political unit with the interests and resources of partners, improve the economic efficiency of schools.
