Abstract

Research dedicated priority component of lifelong learning – the system of postgraduate pedagogical education, which involves the development of cognitive and emotional-moral qualities of every educational worker, raising their level of readiness to perform professional tasks and responsibilities by teaching staff acquiring new knowledge and skills within professional activities or knowledge. Determined the main objectives and ways to improve the quality of system of postgraduate pedagogical education.
