Abstract

The pedagogical features of transferring professional experience to future skilled workers through the influence of mentoring, which is a form of giving knowledge and skills to provide an adaptation and gaining of the professional competences in the building industry are identified. Mentor selection criteria which take into their professional and personal qualities is analyzed. It is shown that the main students mentor in vocational schools is a master of industrial training. Methods of the behavior of pupils are directed. Identification and analysis of educational conditions and developing of methodological tools for giving professional experience to future qualified workers of building structure.
