Abstract
The article presents the approximate requirements for monitoring and evaluation of educational achievements of younger schoolboys on the Hebrew language in elementary school with instruction in Ukrainian (Russian) language. Evaluation of educational achievements in Hebrew as the language of study in schools with Ukrainian (Russian) language of instruction is carried out in accordance with the main goals of education, which suggest the formation of communicative competence, taking into account the interests and abilities of elementary school students. Objects of evaluation are: speech skills in listening, speaking, reading, writing, knowledge about language and language skills by spelling, graphic writing skills. Norms and criteria for evaluation in accordance with the levels of ownership language material and speech skills in the study of Hebrew. Adequate control is an integral part of successful organizations Hebrew instruction in elementary school, and at subsequent stages of training.
