Abstract
In the article the essence of the concept of «professional skills teacher» and identified the need for its improvement on the basis of psyhopedagogika; analyzes the views of national and foreign scientists on problems of interaction between pedagogy and psychology, the relevance of using psyhopedagogical teachings in the development of professional skills of teaching staff; proven feasibility of implementing psychopedagogical principles in the process of training skilled workers.
