Abstract

The paper highlights the organization features and requirements for forming the methodical system’s semantic components for training a teaching staff in Computer-Oriented Learning Environment of an Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education. The curriculum content is specified in accordance with the present state of educational ICT.
