Abstract
The article deals with the concept of competence engineer teacher, creating an environment that is necessary to provide quality education with implementation of ICT. The attention to ICT competence as being crucial for students of engineering and pedagogical in today's information society. It should be noted that the development of ICT competence of engineers and teachers in the process of going informatychnyh disciplines, both in the article the program curriculum «Computer technology in the learning process», which is the recommended course for specialty 6.010104 «Professional Education (the profile )».
