Abstract

In Ukraine, the transformation processes in higher education that began after independence were due to features like social and political processes and difficult economic circumstances. Pretty soon it became clear that the reform of higher education will depend not only the survival of higher education, but also the level of development of the state. So it made a series aimed at restructuring higher education steps that led to these structural changes affecting the current system state Ukrainian higher educational institutions.
