Abstract
The content of the elective courses in information, speech, language and socio-cultural content is not considered a stand-alone component of the whole school foreign language education, and relies on foreign language and general educational experience of seniors, they acquired in the study of school course "Foreign Language" as a general education or specialized subjects, takes into account their foreign language communication needs and interests of future activity. Selection of teaching materials for the content of elective courses in foreign languages is based on the following principles of school education, we determined in accordance with the trends of the modern school of foreign language education.
