Abstract

The article substantiates theoretically importance of the study of intra-subject communications in the new realities of the information society, that includes equality of such forms of interaction as communicative activities with a real partner on the one hand, and communication with a quasi-subject (a imaginary companion) and a subjective object (a favourite toy) on the other. The article determines the components of subjectivity (consciousness, awareness, identification and reflection) and reveals their role in development of conscious communication with Others. The empirical concept of our study of intra-subject communications with Other (a favourite toy and an imaginary companion) is operatsionalized for preschool children with developmental delay.
