Abstract
The guide essence of the new roles and attitudes of the teacher-language and literature in the modern school. Given the challenges of modern society and the education system analyzes ways of creating and improving the professional competence of the teacher, the algorithm is modeled enhance professional competence by creating a positive, harmonious "self-concept" testing the introduction of innovative technology components in the professional work of the teacher-language and literature. An issues, tasks and communicative-situational exercises that promote the right of permanent education of teacher in mizhkursovyy period of reflection on the many aspects of the course and the basic vocabulary of theoretical concepts for each topic.For teachers of postgraduate teacher education, school leaders, trainers paradise (city) MC, IU leaders, teachers, philologists, teachers and all who care about continuous professional improvement, training for life; for creative
