Abstract

The article outlines the theoretical and practical aspects of professional activity andrahohiv system of postgraduate education. Ukrainian level experiment described in Lugansk oblIPPO the development and testing of structural-functional model of professional development of managers and teaching staff of secondary schools, the use of technology andrahohiv training to perform their functions. Found out the factors that affect the professional activities andrahohiv. Detailed andrahohiv leadership roles, including teacher, facilitator, consultant, expert, Methodist, and their mastery of modern technologies adult education.
