Abstract
Expediency of using the personality developing training techniques in particular coaching in the process of heads of departments’ professional competencies’ development is justifies in the article. It is analyzed the influence of coaching techniques to the effectiveness of training participants’ development. The example of coaching techniques using in design and conducting the heads of departments’ training is given.
