Abstract
The system of development of Heads of Departments of telecommunications sales service and customer service is justified in the article. It was analyzed the inconsistencies between the current requirements of the telecommunications market and the consequent requirements of professional competence of Heads of Departments of telecommunications sales service and customer service and existing approaches to the formation of this category of workers’ system of development. Factors and principles that should underlie the formation of the system of development of Heads of Departments of telecommunications sales service and customer service are revealed.
