Abstract

Main idea of the given research is to create theoretical, methodical and technological base for training managers of secondary schools and general secondary education institutions for assessment of schools activity results. Elaboration of mathematic apparatus of assessment is made on the base of qualimetric attitude; definition of the sense of the assessment is made on the base of competency attitude. The given research is devoted to the system of training of managers to assessment of the results of secondary schools activity that uncovers its sense (description of semantic module) and structure: two full-time sessions ( arranging and examination), distance study stage and technology of their realization. Special attention is given to uncovering scientifically and substantiated system of assessment of the results of secondary schools activity on the regional (city) and school level. Scientific analysis should be elaborated for methodological, theoretical and methodical components of assessment of the results of secondary school activity. Monograph is for students and scientific-pedagogical staff of postgraduate education, students and lecturers of higher educational institutions, scientists, scientific-pedagogical staff, managing staff of education, government institutions of managing education employees and for those who is interested in the problem of training managers of regional (city) and school level for assessment of the results of secondary schools activity.
