Abstract
The article considers the results of research of emotional skills of future specialists in professions of kind “human–human”. The definition of key concepts “emotional skills”, “psychological readiness for emotional response”; the main principles of formation of emotional skills of students of vocational educational institutions. The article reflects the results of experiment, which made it possible to reveal the peculiarities of emotional skills of students of vocational educational institutions of professions of kind “human–human”, as well as the determinants of their development. The domestic determinants of emotional skills include: emotional attributes of personality, value -creative attitude to life, competence in time, reflexive skills, basic emotional skills, the level of subjective control, the type of thinking and motivation, self-appraisal, communicative potential. According to the results of the experiment the levels of formation of emotional skills are worked out.It was suggested that the process of mastering the skills to manage by emotions in professional activity involves the formation of psychological readiness to conscious emotional response. The main development directions of emotional skills is to provide deep information about the emotional sphere of the person; the formation of objective perception of reality, the internal level of subjective control, personal responsibility for the emotional reactions, reflexive skills, basic emotional skills, beliefs and values of emotionally mature personality; mastering by the methods of psychophysical selfregulation. It is concluded that the development of emotional skills during psychological maintenance plays an important role in high-quality training of the specialists in professions of kind “human–human” and provides their readiness for self-conscious emotional response in standard and high-stress situations of training and future activity.
