Abstract

The article considers the results of theoretical and experimental research of skills of the specialists of the sphere of ―human – human‖ to manage by emotions in professional activities, defines the main concepts of ―managing by emotions in the professional activity‖, ―psychological readiness to conscious emotional response; lists criteria of psychological readiness to conscious emotional response, describes the main passibilities of application of the model. The Dilts in the concept of formation of skills to manage by emotions, the method and the program of skills’formation to manage by emotions in the form of training courses for students of vocational technical schools is suggested.
