Abstract

The basic aspects of the implementation of competence-based approach to teacher training in Germany in stages; discuss problems, decision-making and implementation. The key factors in the transformation process of teacher training in this area highlighted: participation of the scientific and pedagogical community education policies at the national and regional levels; higher activity navchylnyh institutions.
