Abstract
The article reveals the personality-oriented technology of education of optimistic attitude towards life in older adolescents. Personality-oriented technology provides the recognition of the child as the highest value, the unity of purpose, content, forms and methods of education of optimistic attitude towards life, the impact on the minds, feelings and behavior of pupils, organic combination of pedagogical influence of external and self-identity, subject-subject interaction of all participants in the educational process (families, schools, media, etc.), the interconnection of academic, extracurricular and school activities, pupils’ involvement in practice through specific educational measures. Рicular attention is paid to the organization peculiarities of the training «I Love Life» with the older teens that covers reposition methods, analysis of life situations, designing, autogenous training, management success, partnership and creativity, etc.
