Abstract
The article characterizes role and functions of teaching staff in corporate training in Japanese and South Korean companies. It analyzes qualitative and quantitative characteristics of corporate teachers. The main ways of acquiring necessary skills and knowledge for teaching activity on the working place have been revealed.
