Abstract
The article presents the theoretical analysis of the development of secondary school, the student's personality, learning environment, cloud-oriented learning environment development as a complementary ones to the secondary school. The complementary environment as a factor of the school learning environment globalization is considered. The necessity of developing of the secondary school cloud-oriented learning environment is grounded; both general scientific and specific principles and approaches are allocated.
